1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized products
2. How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us at support@faslom.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer or bank.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received it, please reach out to us at support@faslom.com.
